TechSkribble lessons are digital products sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record.
1. Digital goods
Because purchases grant immediate access to digital content, all sales are generally final. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the free preview material before buying.
2. When we offer refunds
If the content was not delivered, is materially not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — typically a full refund.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on Gumroad and your bank. Gumroad's own refund terms also apply.
4. How to request
Email techskribble@gmail.com with your Gumroad receipt or order number and a short description of the issue.
