Welcome to TechSkribble ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing techskribble.com or purchasing any of our content, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we provide
TechSkribble publishes hand-drawn visual explainers ("skribbles") covering programming concepts. Some skribbles are free to read; full lessons are sold as paid digital products.
2. Purchases and delivery
Paid content is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and processes all payments. Your purchase is also governed by Gumroad's own terms. After a successful purchase you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to view the lesson content tied to that product.
3. Licence and acceptable use
The skribbles, lesson art, text, and design are our intellectual property. You may view them for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, mirror, or otherwise copy the artwork or lesson content, in whole or in part, whether for free or for profit. Automated downloading of assets is prohibited.
4. No warranty
The content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. See our Disclaimer for details.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
